What this recall covers
- The defect
- Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. Due to a manufacturing error, the rearview camera image may not display. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
- The risk
- A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
- The fix
- Dealers will inspect and replace the rearview camera, as necessary free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 3, 2025. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 34C.
