NHTSA 25V321000- The defect
- Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Voltage 4135, 4225, Fuzion, 2025 Springdale 266DECK, Retreat 391FSRL, 39FSRL, Residence 401FLFT, 401FSRL, 40FLFT, 40FSRL, Hideout 26PATIO, and 2024 Raptor travel trailers, equipped with a removable step assembly. The clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.
- The risk
- Steps that detach while in use increase the risk of injury.
- The fix
- Dealers will install a new bracket and hardware, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 7, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-468.
EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER
NHTSA 26V026000- The defect
- Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Fuzion, Raptor, Redwood, and 2024-2026 Voltage travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
- The risk
- A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
- The fix
- Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 4, 2026. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 26-478. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning March 13, 2026.
EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:ACCESSORY GENERATOR
NHTSA 25V771000- The defect
- Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Voltage recreational trailers. The generator fuel lines may have been incorrectly installed, feeding fuel into the incorrect side of the carburetor.
- The risk
- Incorrectly installed fuel lines increases the risk of a fire.
- The fix
- Dealers will inspect and and reroute the fuel line as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 24, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-475.
