- The defect
- Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Momentum fifth wheel trailers. The interior step base does not adequately support the step tread.
- The risk
- The tread may detach from the step, increasing the risk of a trip and fall injury.
- The fix
- Dealers will replace the step riser and step treads, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 16, 2025. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910047.
