- The fix
- Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will replace the existing crank open vent window with an egress window, free of charge. The recall began March 12, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369.

Is my vehicle affected?
Being on this list means your year, make and model fall inside campaign 20V118000. It does not mean your individual vehicle does: a campaign covers a range of VINs built in a specific window, and vehicles either side of that window are untouched.
Check the 17-character VIN from the driver-side dashboard or door jamb against NHTSA's lookup. If it is covered, the dealer must do the work free of charge, regardless of the vehicle's age or mileage.
