What this recall covers
- The defect
- Cruiser RV (Cruiser) is recalling certain model year 2016 Stryker Toy and Stryker Toy Hauler trailers manufactured July 21, 2014, to January 9, 2015, and equipped with an optional slide floor. In the affected trailers, the slide floor can be flipped up to access the storage space underneath. If the floor is flipped up while the trailer is stationary, the trailer occupants may be exposed to exhaust fumes from the generator or fumes from the exterior fueling station.
- The risk
- If the optional slide floor is opened and the occupants are exposed to fumes, there is an increased risk of injury.
- The fix
- Cruiser will notify owners, and dealers will secure the slide floor so that it cannot be opened, completely sealing it from the occupant space, free of charge. The recall began April 14, 2015. Owners may contact Cruiser customer service at 1-866-277-5630.
- Notes
- Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153), or go to www.safercar.gov.

Is my vehicle affected?
Being on this list means your year, make and model fall inside campaign 15V103000. It does not mean your individual vehicle does: a campaign covers a range of VINs built in a specific window, and vehicles either side of that window are untouched.
Check the 17-character VIN from the driver-side dashboard or door jamb against NHTSA's lookup. If it is covered, the dealer must do the work free of charge, regardless of the vehicle's age or mileage.
