1 recall on the 2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900

EXTERIOR LIGHTING:TURN SIGNAL

NHTSA 25V141000
The defect
Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. (Triumph) is recalling certain 2025 Speed Twin 1200, Speed Twin 1200 RS, and Speed Twin 900 motorcycles. The red rear turn signals were installed too close to the rear tail light. As such, these motorcycles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, reflective devices, and associated Equipment."
The risk
Rear turn signals that are too close to the tail lights can cause difficulty seeing the motorcycle's intentions, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix
Dealers will replace the red rear turn signals with amber colored turn signals, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 20, 2025. Owners may contact Triumph customer service at 1-678-854-2010. Triumph's number for this recall is SRAN 630.

Checking your own motorcycle

A recall applies to a range of VINs, not to every 2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900 built. To confirm whether yours is affected, find the 17-character VIN, stamped on the steering head, just behind the headlight, and on the frame label, and enter it in NHTSA's official lookup.

Repairs for safety recalls are free and never expire. A dealer cannot charge you, and cannot refuse on the grounds that the motorcycle is old or out of warranty. If one does, call the NHTSA hotline on 1-888-327-4236.
