NHTSA 24V218000- The defect
- Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Entegra Ethos, Expanse, Jayco Solstice, and Swift vehicle. The liquid level remote fill gauge on the propane tank may leak when in the "Open" position.
- The risk
- A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
- The fix
- Dealers will inspect and replace the bleed valve as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 25, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903604.
BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA
NHTSA 24V641000- The defect
- Jayco Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Entegra Ethos, Ethos LI, Arc, Jayco Swift, Swift LI, and Comet motorhomes. The radio software may prevent the rearview image from displaying. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."
- The risk
- A rearview camera image that does not display decreases the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
- The fix
- The radio software will be updated through an over-the-air (OTA) update or by a dealer, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 27, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267 or FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Jayco's number for this recall is FCA 24V-436.

NHTSA 24V762000- The defect
- Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Entegra Ethos, Ethos LI, Jayco Swift and Swift LI vehicles. The Tire and Loading Information Label incorrectly lists the tire load range. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."
- The risk
- Incorrect tire and load range information could cause owners to select underrated replacement tires, increasing the risk of a crash.
- The fix
- Dealers will install a new corrected label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 19, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco Customer Service at 800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903614.
SEAT BELTS:FRONT:BUCKLE ASSEMBLY
NHTSA 24V312000- The defect
- Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain Jayco Swift, Swift LI, Entegra Coach Ethos, and Ethos LI motorhomes. The driver seat belt warning light and audible chime may not activate as intended. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
- The risk
- A malfunctioning seat belt warning system can result in improper seat belt use, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
- The fix
- FCA dealers will inspect and replace the driver seat belt buckle as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 14, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

- Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023 Jayco Swift, Swift LI, Entegra Ethos, and Ethos LI recreational vehicles. The solar panel may detach from the Pop-Up roof and become a road hazard.
- The risk
- A detached solar panel increases the risk of a crash.
- The fix

FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS
NHTSA 23V325000- The defect
- Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Ethos, Expanse, Solstice, and Swift Class B recreational vehicles, equipped with certain Cummins Onan QG 2800i, and Onan QG 2800i EVAP generator sets. The fuel hose between the inline fuel filter and the Injection Pump Module (IPM) may have inadequate clamp force, possibly resulting in a gasoline leak.
- The risk
- A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source may increase the risk of fire.
- The fix
- Dealers will inspect, and replace the fuel hose and clamp, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 15, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.
